30-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition (including tags and packaging).

  • The return must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Proof of purchase (like an order number or receipt) is required.

Please note:
Items that are custom-printed, personalized, or purchased as final sale are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.


How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at [support@teesnazz.com] with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide you with return instructions and a shipping address.

  3. Ship the item(s) back using a trackable shipping service.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made a mistake with your order.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email. If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Want a different size or design? We're happy to help! Contact us within the 30-day window, and we’ll guide you through the exchange process.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right—at no extra cost to you.
